CUSTOM BARS. Our custom bars are a great addition to your rec. room or trade show booth. Our standard bar, shown at left is made from either birch or oak plywood. The front panels are framed with solid wood. The plywood sides receive a rippled polished aluminum edging. The front panels are aluminum diamond plate. The footrail and brackets are chrome. The top is handpainted plywood with polymer coating. The backside features a fixed shelf.  The size is 42" high ( standard height), 48" wide and approx. 24" deep. The top is 4'-6" long and bulged from 24" to 28" in depth.  These bars are made to order so feel free to ask for any custom work, different size or graphics. The bar shown at left features our flamed & checkered flag pattern, we also offer checkered flag only and flames only along with anything you can imagine. Price as shown...$ 1,395.00.  For checkered flag only or flames only deduct $ 100.00.  Ships via common carrier in a wood crate, cost of shipping quoted at time of order.

 

BAR STOOLS. We can make matching bar stools for any of our bartop and bar table graphics. We use 2 layers of 3/4" plywood that is rounded over, hand painted and coated with the same polymer that we use on our tables. An additional  1 1/2" thick disk is added under the seat to accomplish a 30" seat height. We use double rung chrome swivel frames. Do not be afraid to sit on these stools, we use them in our shop and they still look great after 4 years of sitting on them.  They are not as comfortable as cushion stools, but they are not un-comfortable either. Prices vary based on complexity of graphics.. most stools cost $ 175.00 plus $ 25.00 for freight

BAR TABLES.  Bar tables , or cafe tables, are one of our most popular products. We provide a service that larger manufacturers cannot match...no minimums or set-up charges. We treat each order as a standard order, whether you want 1 or 100.  Our standard tables are constructed of 2) layers of 3/4" plywood, the top edge gets a 3/4" radius round-over.  The edges are puttied, the wood surface is sealed, primed and painted. The we coat the table with one or two coats of Kraft-Kote polymer coating. It is a hardener/resin mix that pours on and self-levels. When dry, it gives the table a crystal clear, high gloss finish that is shatter and moisture resistant.  We have tried several finishes and have found that this one is the superior product.   Our standard table base is a restaurant quality steel column and X-base with black wrinkle finish. We also offer chrome columns and round cast iron bases. We can also paint the column and base any color. We also can use steel and aluminum car rims for bases.  Check out our logo table page for additional examples of our work.

 

Custom bar tables made for International Paper's food court at the Fed-Ex forum in Memphis. We used a stainless steel edge band and sandblasted their logo into the metal. The tops are polymer coating over digital images.

 

Ann and Alan Lawrence of Lake Dalton, WI commissioned us to build this one of a kind copper bar table to be used in their ski house appropriately named " The Copper House" The table has a copper band and approx. 1,300 pennies glued on the surface. The table was coated with 2 coats of polymer to cover the depth of the pennies.

 

Custom bar tables made for KB's Snack Shack. We used Nascar style steel rims for the bases, chrome columns and painted plywood tops with digitally printed decals. The tops have polymer coating.

 

ROUTE 66 BAR TABLE  Here's one for the Route 66 enthusiast. We handpaint the Rt. 66 logo then glue hundreds of nostalgic Rt.66 pictures over the background and up to the painted border. This is a very labor intensive technique but the results are awesome. The table is then coated with poured polymer. Our standard table size is 32" diameter and 42" tall, but we can make any size you want. Specify  diameter and border color when ordering. The table ships via UPS in a padded wood crate.  Price...$ 395.00 plus $ 50.00 for crate and freight.  This table is also available in 30" height and can be ordered with a chrome column for an additional $ 50.00

 

FLAMED BAR TABLES. Our flamed bar tables are a real show stopper. We layout and paint the flames by hand, each table is a little different. The flames are outlined and the table is coated with polymer. Our standard table is 32" diameter and has a black column and X-base.  Price..$ 345.00 plus $ 50.00 for crate and freight.  Add $ 50.00 for chrome column.  We can paint the background color , flame color and flame outline any color you want at no additional cost. We can make these tables up to 48" diameter.

 

MOTORSPORT BAR TABLE.  With its waving checkered flag pattern, this table is right at home in any race shop, race team offices or trade show booth. The top is hand painted and has airbrushed shading to give it a waving effect. The edge can be painted any color you want. The table shown at left features a black steel Nascar type rim and chrome column. We can also provide one of our standard black steel columns and bases. The table shown at left has a smaller 30" diameter top.  Price as shown.. $ 395.00.  Price with restaurant style column and base..$ 345.00.   Add $ 50.00 for crate and freight.

 

RIM BASE BAR TABLE.  We can use new or swap meet rims as bases for bar tables. The one shown at left featured a 17" billet rim, chrome column and metallic blue flamed top.  Due to the hundreds of possibilities for rim bases, the prices of these tables varies quite a bit....please call to discuss the options.

 

BOB BOND BAR TABLE.  We have teamed up with legendary pinstriper and artist Bob Bond to create these usable works-of-art.  We make the tables and send them to Bob for his magic. He sends them back and we coat them with polymer. All we have to do is tell him what colors you like and he has full creative freedom to do whatever he wants.  The table shown at left was a 30" diameter with a medium birch background and black border. The column is chrome and the base is a chrome smoothie.  Price as shown $ 495.00 plus $ 50.00 for freight.

MALTESE CROSS BAR TABLE.   Here's one for  the hardcore iron cross lover. This table features an actual polished aluminum diamond plate cross that is inlaid into the surface of the wood table.  Three coats of polymer fill in the depth of the diamond plate and create a totally flat surface.  After the first coat,  double black pinstripe is applied to the outline of the cross. The table shown at left has a black border with a medium stained birch plywood background.  You can choose between oak and birch plywood with different stain  colors or a painted background.  Our standard table is 30" diameter x 42" high and has a black wrinkle finish cast iron column and base. AMERICAN FLAMES BAR TABLE.  We decided to put a gearhead spin on old glory with this awesome pattern. The metallic blue flames are outlined with metallic gold and feature a drop shadow. The stripes are shaded to appear that they are waving.  Our standard table is 30" diameter x 42" high and has a black wrinkle finish cast iron column and base. Retro-Race Bar Tables.  Designed with the traditional rodder in mind., these tables will add a real vintage feel to any decor. The tables are 30" diameter and feature various vintage speed stickers applied over a natural wood background. The borders can be painted any color . The tables are available in 30" and 42" height.  The cost is $ 395.00 plus $ 50.00 for freight.

 

WARBIRD BAR TABLE.  The graphics and paint schemes on the old warbirds were so cool that we had to incorporate them into furniture. Because we paint all of our pieces ourselves, you can order the colors and graphics that you want. The table shown at left was inspired by the P-51D Mustang named " Old Crow".  The tables are hand painted and coated with polymer. Standard size is 30" diameter, but feel free to order any size you want. Price varies based on complexity of graphics. AMERICAN FLAG BAR TABLE.  We are always so inspired by the simplistic brilliance of old glory.  Our American flag table features handpainted stars and stripes and just the right amount of shading to give it a waving appearance. These tables have found their way into several Airbases and trade show booths. You have to see one of these in person to really appreciate the graphics. The tables are hand painted and coated with polymer. Standard tables are 30" diameter and include a black wrinkle finish cast iron base and column., but can be ordered in any size you want.  Price..$ 345.00  Plus $ 50.00 for crate and freight
